This training course is suitable for all levels of customer support front line personnel, who are first point of contact when dealing with client or members of the public.
Although this course is not mandatory it has been proven that front line personnel benefit greatly from having a good understanding of asbestos and the problems of asbestos in buildings. The course encourages staff to give constructive, clear positive advice when dealing with enquiries regarding asbestos.
The course can be made bespoke to your client base or particular industry sector, the course can include an interactive session which involves typical FAQ’s which will allow an understanding of the sort of representative questions asked by members of the public or clients when they have asbestos in their buildings.
